- No need to pre-register.

- Mats & props available but feel free to bring your own!

What is Kundalini Yoga?

All yoga is meant to "unite" - the body with our mind and consciousness. Kundalini yoga is no different. However, how we get there may look different and that is where we see many "styles" of yoga. Kundalini is often called the "yoga of awareness," the jewel of yoga practices, and we use many techniques to become aware of own being, including but not limited to postures, meditation, mudras (hand postures), mantras (sound), and more. It is a system of yoga and meditation aimed at promoting health, happiness & spiritual awareness and provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness. Each class, or "kriya" is comprised of a specific set of exercises in a certain order for a certain amount of time and for a certain purpose (such as for the immune system, nervous system, anxiety etc). All classes are completely different so if you don't like one - don't give up! Try another one.
